Getting angry at others is okay but avoid getting angry at yourself. The corollary is that you cannot angry at others without angry at yourself. Don't get angry at yourself.

Bad intentions, Negative feelings, Narcissitic thoughts etc towards others harm you, suck energy out of you and gyrate you towards failure

Your life revolves around an internal magnet. Never do or say anything for the magnet to lose its power of cohesion, attraction and adsorption. never lose your inner fortitude.

Never force change in others, but you can force change within you and if they see any advantage to them they will change, if there is a need to change.

I am one of those blessed people; from my grand father to my grand daughter i am a motivating force. I can bring in positive energy to other people. That is the best gift one can have. i am blessed.

Never start an argument, never start a war, never fight a war, never contradict people. Just be your own person, because you cannot force any change. Change happens from inside.

VOLUNTEERS ONLY

New management paradigm has dawned, a management dictated by equality, creativity based on diversity, self-responsibility and humans as a new species of homo sapiens. The neocortex that distinguishes us has advanced enough to discard inequality as a sign of primitiveness. And surprisingly we are one of the first of this species to recognize and implement equality as a Right and a Management dogma.

In this enterprise of ours we do not have owners, partners, shareholders, employees. associates, agents etc. All we have are people who wants to come here on their own volition and willingness. We as volunteers come here to be creative everyday day and every moment we are here. And at the end of the week, if there is any money left over, we get our rewards. To our surprise there is no one week went by without we being rewarded, and in some months we collected a bonus.

Tomorrow I may not have time to do it, therefore let me do it today and do it now
