Description: Is an all-purpose heavy-duty industrial detergent concentrate. It is a water soluble, biodegradable heavy duty industrial detergent, degreaser and carbon cleaner. It does not contain any chlorinated solvents and phosphates and ethoxylated nonyl phenols. It is safe on most equipment and building materials.
Purpose: The primary application of this product is for use in heavy duty degreasing such as animal fat, oil and grease cleaning. Kitchen equipment, cutting tables, Floors, ovens etc. Food processing and packaging machinery.
Dilution: Dilution rates will vary depending on the nature of soil, equipment used and temperature of water. For heavy duty cleaning, low dilution (1:4), high temperature (70-90°C) and high pressure (1200-2000 psi) are recommended.
Dilution Guidelines – 1-20 Parts water
Spray & wip – 1-80 Parts water
Degreasing – 1-10 Parts water
Wax Stripping – 1-10 Parts water
Auto-Scrub – 1-20 Parts water
Steam Clea – 1-10 Parts water
Pressure Clean – 1-40 Parts water Soak
Tanks & Ultrasonic – 1-10 Parts water
PRESSURE WASHING: Set soap intake at 2-3% level, apply product from bottom up, allow about five minutes, wash from bottom up and rinse from top down. High pressure and warm water will produce excellent results.
ULTRASONIC CLEANING. At the rate of mix 1 part of product to 10 parts of water.
Cleaning involves various factors such as water hardness, Water temperature, Water Pressure, water volume, Dwell time, type of detergent etc. The cleaning power usually increases with increase in water temperature. Cleaning also improves with soak time.
Precaution: Avoid contamination of food or use during Food processing. Do not store in food Processing area. Do not remove label. Mark Clearly ”non food item”, to be used only by trained personnel. Surfaces coming in direct Contact with food must be rinsed thoroughly with potable water. Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Wash hands thoroughly after using. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
