Description: VINEGAR is a water soluble ORGANIC acid based product.
Purpose: The primary application of this product is to dissolve proteinaceous and calcarious deposits that form during food processing. To clean any food equipment dilute the product 4 to 5 times with water. Allow it to soak for about 30 minutes or more depending on the extent of deposit. Empty rinse and re rinse with potable water. Safe on plastic and stainless steel. Do not use on soft metals such as aluminium, copper, brass.
Other applications are for neutralising alkalinity and deodorising.
Precaution: Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
