Description: RINSOL 3000 is a water-soluble, mineral acid-based cleaner, degreaser, and scale remover. Its primary application is for heavy-duty cleaning, particularly for removing animal fat, oil, and grease. Additionally, it is highly effective in removing concrete and scale deposits. This biodegradable, industrial-strength product is registered with the Canadian Food Agency for use in food establishments. Moreover, it does not contain chlorinated solvents, phosphates, or ethoxylated nonyl phenols, making it safer for both equipment and building materials.
Purpose:The product primarily dissolves proteinaceous and calcareous deposits that form during food processing. It is safe for use on plastic and stainless steel surfaces. Furthermore, it is recommended as a post-alkali cleaning neutralizer.
Dilution: For cleaning food equipment, dilute RINSOL 3000 4 to 5 times with water.
Direction: Allow it to soak for about 30 minutes or more depending on the extent of deposit. Empty rinse and re rinse with potable water.
Precaution:
Do not use on soft metals such as aluminium, copper, brass.
Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Wash hands thoroughly after using. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
