Description: ACTIV 100 is highly concentrated, Biodegradable all purpose cleaner powder. Does not contain phosphates or toxic solvents.
Purpose: ACTIV 100 is formulated for use in food plants and other manufacturing facilities for general cleaning. Can be used directly as a powder or dissolved in water and used as a mopping or scrubbing solution.
Dilution:
General purpose Cleaning – 1 Cup to 1 gallon
Spray Cleaning – ½ Cup to 1 gallon
Wax Stripping – 2 Cups to 1 gallon
Heavy Grease & Soil – 2 Cups to 1 gallon
Steam Cleaning – ½ Cup to 1 gallon
Pressure system – 2 Cups to 1 gallon
Soak Tanks – 4 Cups to 1 gallon
Direction: Wet floor and sprinkle powder, brush on to evenly distribute ,allow a few minutes scrub and rinse with water.
For Pressure cleaning use at the rate of 1-2% mixture at a temperature of 125*F,1500 psi pressure and 4-5 gpm. At this temperature scrubbing may not be necessary.

Precaution: Dilute before use. Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
