Description: Rinsol 9000 is water soluble germicide containing 0.08% of N-Alkyl(5% C12,60% C14,30% C16,5% C18) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) and 0.08% of N-Alkyl(68% C12,32%C14)ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
Purpose: The primary application of this product is for use as a general purpose germicide, disinfectant, sanitizer and deodoriser in hospitals, food plants, pharmaceutical plants, nursing homes, schools etc.
Dilution & Application:
DISINFECTION: Mix 1 part of Rinsol 9000 to 25 parts of water.
Hard surfaces, industrial floors, walls and food processing equipment, table tops, counters, display racks in meat and poultry processing and packing plants, supermarket meat rooms, Kitchens and other food processing areas.
MILDEWSTAT: To control mold and mildew on precleaned, hard non-porous surfaces, add 1 part “RINSOL 9000” to 25 parts water. Wet surfaces completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.
SANITIZING: To sanitize pre – cleaned, rinsed non – porous food contact surfaces, prepare 200 ppm active QUAT solution by adding 1 part “RINSOL 9000” TO 80 parts water. Allow solution to contact surface for at lease 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare fresh solution each use.
EFFICACY: At 1 part “RINSOL 9000” to 25 parts water, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against: Escherichia coli, Salmonella Choleresuis, Staphylococcus Aureus. At this level the product is also fungicidal against the pathogenic fungi, Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
At 1 part per 25 parts dilution, this product is an effective hospital disinfectant and demonstrates activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Efficacy test have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, fungicide and virucide in the presence of organic soil(5% blood serum). “RINSOL 9000″ is an effective sanitiser when diluted with water up to 250 ppm hardness (CaCO3).
Precaution:Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Wash hands thoroughly after using. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
