Description & Purpose: Rinse 1500 is water soluble germicide containing 2.50% of N-Alkyl (5% C12, 60% C14, 30% C16, 5% C18) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) and 2.50% of N-Alkyl (68% C12, 32%C14) ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. It is a concentrated quaternary ammonium compound solution to be used at 200 ppm in the food and meat processing and preparation industry. At 200 ppm active Quat, it is an effective sanitizer agent against E.coli and S. aureus in water up to 750 ppm hardness.
Dilution & Direction: Prepare a 200 ppm solution by mixing 20 ml of Rinsol 1500 sanitizer in 5 litres of water.
Food Processing Equipment -To sanitize surfaces previously cleaned with Rinsol 2000 Foam Cleaner, rinse surfaces with potable water and sanitize using a 200 ppm solution of Rinsol 1500. Allow to contact for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. To sanitize surfaces previously cleaned with Rinsol 4500 Disinfectant Cleaner, rinse surfaces with potable water and then sanitize with a 200 ppm solution of Rinsol 1500 and allow to contact for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. No further rinsing required.
PREPARE FRESH SOLUTION EACH TIME.
Restaurant & Bar Rinse – Dishes, glassware, silverware, cutting knives, cooking utensils, wash with synthetic detergent, rinse thoroughly and immerse in a 200ppm sanitizing solution of Rinsol 1500.
SANITISING UNCUT, UNBRUISED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES:
Rinsol 1500 may be used to sanitise uncut and unbruised vegetables and fruits by immersing and rinsing with potable water.
1. Prewash Fruits and vegetables with potable water to remove soil, mud and debris. Rinse well.
2. Prepare a solution of RINSOL 1500 by mixing 1 part to 249 parts of water (Eg. 20 ML per every 5 Litres). Immerse completely for about 10 mts. Remove and Rinse thoroughly with potable water before use.

Precaution: Keep at room temperature. Keep container closed. Do not mix with other chemical products.
