Description

DESCRIPTION: The primary application of this product is for use in heavy duty degreasing such as animal fat, oil and grease cleaning. It is an excellent oven cleaner and pressure washer detergent.

Rinsol 9000 is a water soluble, biodegradable heavy duty industrial detergent, degreaser and carbon cleaner. It is registered with the Canadian Food Agency as an acceptable product for use in food establishments. It does not contain any chlorinated solvents and phosphates and ethoxylaterd nonyl phenols. It is safe on most equipment and building materials

 

APPLICATION:

1. for cleaning anything that can be cleaned with a detergent.
2. Kitchen equipment, cutting tables, Floors, ovens etc.
3. Food processing and packaging machinery.

DILUTION:  

            Heavy soil 1 part to 9 parts water

            Medium soil 1 part to 24 parts water

            General cleaning 1 part to 49 parts water.

             Oven cleaning use without diluting.

 

PRESSURE WASHING: Set soap intake at 2-3% level, apply product from bottom up, allow about five minutes, wash from bottom up and rinse from top down. High pressure and warm water will produce excellent results.

 

ULTRASONIC CLEANING.  At the rate of mix 1 part of product to 10 parts of water.

 

Cleaning involves various factors such as water hardness, Water temperature, Water Pressure, water volume, Dwell time, type of detergent etc. The cleaning power usually increases with increase in water temperature.
