Description: Instant Emulsifier is a water soluble, biodegradable heavy duty detergent, degreaser, carbon cleaner and an excellent ultrasonic cleaner. It has the ability to break up burned on or burnished or bonded dirt, oil, grease, buffing compound, flux, soldering paste, acid deposits etc.
Purpose: Emulsifies Oils, Animal and Vegetable Fats, Disinfects and Deodorizes Instantaneously and Simultaneously.
Use On: Aircraft, Buses, Trucks, Machinery, Floors, Carpets, Vinyl, Rubber, Stainless steel, Dairies, Canneries, Factories, Fisheries, Oil field equipment, Heat exchanger plate cleaning, CIP cleaning of food processing equipment, Machine shops, Mines, Plants, Railcars and roads, Service stations, Ships, Stables, Warehouses, Wineries, Meat packing plants and wherever water based detergents can be used.
Dilution: Prior to using mix with water.
Mix 1 part of Instant Emulsifier with:
General purpose cleaning – 20 parts of water
Light general purpose cleaning – 30 parts of water
Spray and wipe – 80 parts of water
Wax stripping – 10 parts of water
Heavy grease and oil removal – 8 parts of water
Automatic scrubbing machines – 25 parts of water
Steam cleaning carpets – 20 parts of water
Pressure washing -25 parts of water
Soak Tanks – 10 Parts water
Ultrasonic Cleaning – 20-40 parts of water temperature around 110°C and 20 minutes cleaning cycle
Water temperature, Dwell time, Concentration of Instant Emulsifier, Water pressure profoundly affect the quality of cleaning.
Direction: Apply diluted product, allow about 3-5 minutes dwell time. Scrub if necessary and rinse well. Repeat if necessary.
Pressure Washing: Set soap intake at 2-3% level, apply product from bottom up, allow about five minutes, wait from bottom up and rinse from top down. High pressure and warm water will produce excellent results.
Precaution: Avoid contamination of food or avoid use during food processing. Do not store in processing area. Maintain a lock out procedure and only to be used by authorized and trained personnel. Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Wash hands thoroughly after using. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
