Description & Purpose: Tidol Ultrasonic Liquid Cleaner is a 30% active washing liquid that offers excellent value and superior soil removal. This multi-chelated, pH-buffered, alkaline cleaner is a zero-foam stripper and degreaser. It has been tested and widely used in ultrasonic cleaning applications. Since it contains no volatile organic compounds, it can be used indoors with minimal ventilation. The product ensures optimal cavitation and chelation power, effectively stripping flux, rust, and emulsifying grease, oil, and burned carbon. Safe for soft metals like Aluminum, Brass, and Copper, Tidol Ultrasonic Liquid Cleaner is perfect for rust and paint stripping, degreasing, mold cleaning, aerospace components, and automotive parts washing. As the temperature rises by 20°C, the efficiency of this product doubles, so heating it to 60-70°C may enhance its performance in extreme applications.
Dilution & Direction: For regular cleaning, dilute to a 5-7% solution; for heavy-duty degreasing, use a 10-12% solution. Maintain a bath temperature between 40-50°C for optimal results, though the product works best at 60-70°C. Increasing temperature, concentration, and dwell time will further enhance its effectiveness.
Precaution: Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
