Description & Purpose: Tidol ultrasonic liquid cleaner is a 30% active washing liquid. It means you get value for your money and excellent soil removal and cleaning. It is a multi chelated and pH buffered , alkaline, zero foam stripper and degreaser. It has been tested and widely used in the ultrasonic cleaning applications. It has no volatile organic compounds thus it can be used in-house with minimal ventilation. The availability of optimum cavitation and about 15% chelation power will strip away flux, rust and emulsify grease, oil, burned carbon. It is safe on soft metals such as Aluminum, Brass, and Copper etc. This product can be used for Rust and Paint stripping, Degreasing, Mold cleaning, Aerospace components, Automotive parts washing etc. The efficiency of this product doubles with every 20 degrees Celsius rise in temperature. So for extreme application product may be heated up to about 60-70 degrees Celsius.
Dilution & Direction: Recommended dilution is a 5-7 percent solution, and 10-12% solution for heavy duty degreasing. The recommended temperature is about 40-50 degrees centigrade. The effectiveness of the product improves with dwell time, concentration and water temperature. For best results keep bath temperature around 60-70 degrees Celsius. The effectiveness of the product doubles with every 20 degrees centigrade rise in water temperature.
Precaution: Do not get into eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid breathing in vapour. Do not ingest. Keep container closed. Wear protective gloves. Do not mix with other chemical products.
